Returns & Exchange
If you wish to return an item, a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number should be requested online within 7 days of receiving your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that all shipping on Returns is not covered by DearPawFriend. Returns will be processed within 1-3 days of receipt.
Please note that some credit cards take up to 1-5 days to reflect refund charges. We’ll send you an order update once we have received and have started to process your refund request.
- Items should be returned unused and with all original accessories attached. Return that are damaged/soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
- Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
- All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. Refunds cannot be issued for sale items.
Please note you can only exchange items for a different size, based on stock availability.
